In Pokémon Ultra Sun, you can breed Larvitar by first obtaining a female Larvitar or a male Larvitar paired with a Ditto. Place the Larvitar and Ditto in the Pokémon Nursery on Route 5 and leave them there until the Nursery worker informs you that an Egg has been found. After receiving the Egg, continue to walk around with it in your party until it hatches into a new Larvitar. Keep in mind that Larvitar is in the Monster and Dragon egg groups, so it can also breed with compatible Pokémon from those groups. **
